Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fariz Liang took the kick off in the first half of the match. Arif Seng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Sarb Singh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarb Singh was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Arif Seng capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arif Seng really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After some careless play in the Dursley defense, Rifki Ramachandran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Swee. The Dursley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Swee should have stopped the shot. When Albert Chian came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Dursley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Chian couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Stevenage United booed when Dursley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ang Nagasaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Darryl Abdul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Fariz Liang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sarb Singh. Stevenage United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fariz Liang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Sarb Singh successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 35 minutes of play, Dursley's Fariz Liang made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sarb Singh was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ang Nagasaki kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Sarb Singh came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Dursley's Fariz Liang. But to his dismay, Fariz Liang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 47th minute Dursley were awarded a corner. Albert Chian went to the cornerflag to take it. Alan Hongyi tried in the 48th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Sarb Singh a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 5-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ang Braddell was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Albert Chian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sarb Singh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Stevenage United's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Seng came free, but Sarb Singh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sarb Singh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Chian in the 61st minute of play. Sarb Singh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Seng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6-1 became the score in the 64th minute when Albert Chian elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Dursley defense, Didi Hee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Swee. The Dursley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Swee should have stopped the shot. In the 75th match minute, Stevenage United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faris Mathews to maneuver through the defense. If Fariz Liang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dursley's Ali Swee proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Dursley from getting a goal against them. After 79 played minutes Dursley got a freekick which was hit by Khairil Pillai. Sarb Singh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Chian in the 82nd minute of play. Ali Swee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ang Braddell in the 85th minute of play. Sarb Singh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Chian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Didi Hee came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ali Swee could save by the left post. 93 minutes into the match, Albert Chian notched a goal, 7-2, to the right of Stevenage United's Sarb Singh. Sarb Singh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 98 minutes into the game, Albert Chian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-2. Sarb Singh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
