Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gara Sum made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Ong Sarangapani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronn Chien-Kwan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Devan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ronn Chien-Kwan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Thomson9ers defense, Ong Sarangapani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronn Chien-Kwan. The Thomson9ers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronn Chien-Kwan should have stopped the shot. Bineesh Hee charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bineesh Hee the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes Thomson9ers got a freekick which was hit by Bineesh Hee. Ong Sarangapani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ronn Chien-Kwan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bineesh Hee was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 31st minute, Bineesh Hee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 played minutes Thomson9ers got a freekick which was hit by Zak Hui. Thomson9ers's Ronn Chien-Kwan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ong Sarangapani in the 44th minute of play. If Ong Sarangapani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gara Sum's late challenge caught a Holford United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gara Sum helped the player get up and apologised. Gara Sum kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Jerry Devan made the kick off in the second half. When Alex Namasivayam came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Thomson9ers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Namasivayam couldn't finish the play. Gara Sum got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Holford United booed when Thomson9ers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gara Sum didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronn Chien-Kwan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ong Sarangapani went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Holford United booed when Thomson9ers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Namasivayam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shah Ee got in the 69th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Ronn Chien-Kwan. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-3. In the 72nd minute, Zak Hui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Famih Henderson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Namasivayam in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Zak Hui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Thomson9ers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holford United the free kick. A collision led to Thomson9ers getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Zak Hui hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Holford United's Shah Ee tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Zak Hui was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. After 81 played minutes Thomson9ers got a freekick which was hit by Zak Hui. Ong Sarangapani took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronn Chien-Kwan. Ronn Chien-Kwan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Holford United's Famih Henderson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rifqi Laycock in the 91st minute of play.
