Spectators: 8105 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1937, VIP seats: 168) Noh Lim made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Rothley's goal looked a bit too open when Wei Xuan Chian came free, but Mujahid Ching reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mujahid Ching took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei Xuan Chian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rothley's Mujahid Ching played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wei Xuan Chian in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rothley's Faiz Yang got a free kick in the 13th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Rothley's goalkeeper Mujahid Ching had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Famih Henderson. Mujahid Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei Xuan Chian in the 20th minute of play. Mujahid Ching showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wei Xuan Chian, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rothley's zone, Wei Xuan Chian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mujahid Ching came out of the goal and Wei Xuan Chian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Famih Henderson struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Mujahid Ching didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mill Hill. Mujahid Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Famih Henderson in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Rothley's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Famih Henderson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Famih Henderson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mujahid Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei Xuan Chian in the 42nd minute of play. Famih Henderson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Mujahid Ching made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faiz Yang during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Faiz Yang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wei Xuan Chian was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes, Mill Hill's Daniz Liang shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mujahid Ching came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mill Hill reached it. Rothley's Faiz Yang got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Faiz Yang off the ground. After 59 played minutes Rothley got a freekick which was hit by Sean Tan. 63 minutes into the match, Wei Xuan Chian notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Rothley's Mujahid Ching. Mujahid Ching was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniz Liang kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Noh Lim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ron Amin having to interfere. After 71 minutes of play, Mill Hill's Wei Xuan Chian made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mujahid Ching was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Noh Lim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ron Amin was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Rothley's Dale Hui got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Mujahid Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei Xuan Chian in the 90th minute of play. Mujahid Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danish Ramachandran in the 92nd minute of the match. Mujahid Ching took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei Xuan Chian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd match minute, Rothley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dale Hui to maneuver through the defense. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rothley's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniz Liang was slow to take the kick. During this time Mill Hill's players had a chance to rest. There was no doubt that Mill Hill were the better team. Mill Hill's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
