Ron Ning was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wei Xuan Chian scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ron Ning, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Poulton-Le-Fylde's Ron Ning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bakar Singh in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Muhammad Politiek made the kick off in the second half. Arif Dyce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zafran Ramachandran having to interfere. When Arif Dyce fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poulton-Le-Fylde's protests and gave Arif Dyce a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Arif Dyce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ron Ning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tan Tuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mill Hill booed when Poulton-Le-Fylde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamir Tian didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Bakar Singh from long distance, 67 minutes into the match, got Ron Ning's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Mill Hill getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Shafiq Hsin hit a great ball. After 69 minutes of play, Poulton-Le-Fylde's Arif Dyce made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zafran Ramachandran was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Hamir Tian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muhammad Politiek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Zafran Ramachandran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82ndth minute of the game Muhammad Politiek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mill Hill's Zafran Ramachandran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 83 played minutes Poulton-Le-Fylde got a freekick which was hit by Hidayat Hian. Muhammad Politiek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zafran Ramachandran having to interfere. Mill Hill's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
