Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Binsted AFC's Shahiran Tee started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Muhammad Politiek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Arif Dyce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poulton-Le-Fylde's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Dyce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sajeev Tan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Shahiran Tee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 played minutes Binsted AFC got a freekick which was hit by John Abdul. In the 10thth minute of the game Muhammad Politiek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Binsted AFC's Sajeev Tan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Shahiran Tee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th match minute, Poulton-Le-Fylde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hidayat Hian to maneuver through the defense. If Danish Chong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Muhammad Politiek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Poulton-Le-Fylde's Ron Ning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahiran Tee in the 26th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Mujahid Wah put in a rough tackle. After 30 played minutes Binsted AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mujahid Wah. After having played for 31 minutes, Danish Chong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poulton-Le-Fylde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danish Chong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sajeev Tan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Muhammad Politiek went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Sajeev Tan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhammad Politiek in the 44th minute of the match.

When Anil Braddell fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Binsted AFC's protests and gave Anil Braddell a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Poulton-Le-Fylde booed when Binsted AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anil Braddell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Poulton-Le-Fylde's Danish Chong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sajeev Tan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Muhammad Politiek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ron Ning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khairul Chai in the 66th minute of the match. Muhammad Politiek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Muhammad Politiek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sajeev Tan having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Muhammad Politiek got free with Sajeev Tan in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Muhammad Politiek came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Poulton-Le-Fylde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Muhammad Politiek couldn't finish the play. If Hidayat Hian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
