When Mill Hill's Wei Xuan Chian in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Partington's goalie prevented a goal. Ron Amin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Bakar Singh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danish Ramachandran kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Farhan Boon sped through Mill Hill's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ron Amin. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by SK Tioe during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 48 minutes, Partington's Zak Soon got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ron Amin. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Farhan Boon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Partington's Farhan Boon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ron Amin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Philippe Jensen in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ron Amin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ron Amin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gara Siang in the 59th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Bakar Singh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Mill Hill's goal looked a bit too open when Farhan Boon came free, but Ron Amin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ron Amin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gara Siang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Partington's John Cho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Partington from getting a goal against them. Partington:s John Cho showed great skill when he stopped Daniz Liang:s penalty. Gara Siang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ron Amin having to make a save. Philippe Jensen scored 7-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ron Amin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Shukrie Sum came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Partington fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shukrie Sum couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Arnau kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Mill Hill's Ron Amin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gara Siang in the 101st minute of play. There was no doubt that Partington were the better team. Partington's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
