Spectators: 8401 (Terracing: 6301, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 168) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Noh Lim got the match started through his kick off. Mujahid Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Lum in the 4th minute of the match. Azam Tan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Mujahid Ching tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mujahid Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ang Lum in the 9th minute of play. Ang Lum took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mujahid Ching. Mujahid Ching dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mujahid Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ang Lum in the 15th minute of the match. If Azam Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Azam Tan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rothley's Mujahid Ching. Mujahid Ching was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th match minute, Rothley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dale Hui to maneuver through the defense. Mujahid Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gage Teo in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ang Lum in the 29th minute of play forced Rothley's goalkeeper Mujahid Ching to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Azam Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mujahid Ching saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Rothley's goal looked a bit too open when Azam Tan came free, but Mujahid Ching reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mujahid Ching made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ang Lum in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Azam Tan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mujahid Ching was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Alex Seng fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rothley's protests and gave Alex Seng a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rothley's Alex Seng got a free kick in the 39th minute. Mujahid Ching showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Lum, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Mujahid Ching stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Lum's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Mangotsfield's Ang Lum slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mujahid Ching. That made the score 0-5 after 53 minutes of play. Dale Hui hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Rothley defense, Azam Tan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mujahid Ching. The Rothley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mujahid Ching should have stopped the shot. Mujahid Ching made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ang Lum in the 62nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ang Lum in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mujahid Ching saved Rothley from getting behind. Azam Tan scored 0-7 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mujahid Ching, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mujahid Ching made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Azam Tan sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute Adam Lum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mujahid Ching saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Azam Tan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mangotsfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Azam Tan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mujahid Ching breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute, Dale Hui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ang Lums short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Mujahid Ching to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mujahid Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Lum in the 83rd minute of the match. Azam Tan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adam Lum might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mujahid Ching. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adam Lum ran back to his position shaking his head. Rothley's Mujahid Ching proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Rothley from getting a goal against them. Mujahid Ching showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Lum, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Azam Tan notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Rothley's Mujahid Ching. Mujahid Ching was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 96 minutes in the game, Adam Lum fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mujahid Ching having to interfere. The Rothley fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mangotsfield were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
