Lee Sim came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Woodlesfored's Hafriz Hian. But to his dismay, Hafriz Hian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Felix Ning came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Brey Lake's Alexander Chong. But to his dismay, Alexander Chong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Shahron Gopala Pillai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th match minute, Woodlesfored was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rifqi Chan to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Brey Lake's Lee Sim got control of the ball when SK Hoe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Woodlesfored's Felix Ning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahron Gopala Pillai in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Shahron Gopala Pillai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Ning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Woodlesfored's Felix Ning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahron Gopala Pillai in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Woodlesfored's zone, Shahron Gopala Pillai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Ning came out of the goal and Shahron Gopala Pillai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexander Chong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Chong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Felix Ning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Chong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexander Chong stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Brey Lake defense, Iskandar Tan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lee Sim. The Brey Lake fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lee Sim should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Hafriz Hian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lee Sim was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. SK Hoe scored 4-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lee Sim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute Hafriz Hian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lee Sim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by SK Hoe in the 73rd minute of play forced Brey Lake's goalkeeper Lee Sim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amir Tian charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amir Tian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Felix Ning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Chong in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Woodlesfored was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rifqi Chan to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Woodlesfored's Shahiran Kool got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Alexander Chong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Woodlesfored getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rifqi Chan hit a great ball. Alexander Chong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Felix Ning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Hafriz Hian notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Brey Lake's Lee Sim. Lee Sim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brey Lake's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
