After 5 played minutes Brey Lake got a freekick which was hit by Zak Peng. 6 minutes into the match, Brey Lake's goal looked a bit too open when Zafran Chan came free, but Lee Sim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lee Sim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zafran Chandran, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zafran Chan in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lee Sim saved Brey Lake from getting behind. Lee Sim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zafran Chandran in the 10th minute of play. Ronn Dhanabalan charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronn Dhanabalan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Brey Lake booed when Jester Monkeys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronn Dhanabalan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zafran Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Lee Sim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15thth minute of the game Zafran Chan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brey Lake's Lee Sim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amir Tian hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Zafran Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lee Sim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zafran Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zafran Chan succeeded in the game's 26th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. If Zafran Chandran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rdth minute of the game Alexander Chong who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jester Monkeys's Anil Politiek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zafran Chandran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albert Chian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Lee Sim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Jester Monkeys's Zafran Chandran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lee Sim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Amir Tian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Brey Lake getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Amir Tian hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zafran Chandran in the 48th minute of play forced Brey Lake's goalkeeper Lee Sim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Brey Lake players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jester Monkeys were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zafran Chan to strike the kick off in the second half. Lee Sim came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jester Monkeys's Zafran Chandran. But to his dismay, Zafran Chandran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 57thth minute of the game Zafran Chan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brey Lake's Lee Sim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zafran Chandran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Lee Sim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zafran Chan in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lee Sim saved Brey Lake from getting behind. Alexander Chong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zafran Chandran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 played minutes Zafran Chandran rounded Brey Lake's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. In the 79th minute, Jester Monkeys's Zafran Chan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lee Sim. Lee Sim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. If Zafran Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zafran Chan got free with Lee Sim in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zafran Chan took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lee Sim. Lee Sim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 89th play minute Zafran Chandran came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lee Sim. 0-7. Zafran Chandran in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lee Sim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lee Sim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zafran Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Zafran Chandran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jester Monkeys's supporters rose to their feet, but Zafran Chandran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lee Sim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jester Monkeys's Zafran Chandran got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
