In the 6th minute, Ron Boon made a precise shot to the right of Jerry Paine. Lowestoft's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 8th minute, Redbourn AFC's Victor Chan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Victor Chan had several of the Lowestoft's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Jerry Paine as he didn't even see the shot coming. 14 minutes into the match, Lowestoft's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Chan came free, but Jerry Paine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Lowestoft defense, Ron Boon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerry Paine. The Lowestoft fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerry Paine should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes in the game, Victor Chan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jerry Paine having to interfere. Ron Boon in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jerry Paine, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Victor Chan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With his leg Jerry Paine managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Redbourn AFC's Ron Boon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jerry Paine made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Ron Boon sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Redbourn AFC's Victor Chan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerry Paine. That made the score 5-0 after 36 minutes of play. In the 41st minute, Victor Chan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Redbourn AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 46 minutes into the match, Lowestoft's Bakar Hongyi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afiz Teo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Chan in the 48th minute of play forced Lowestoft's goalkeeper Jerry Paine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Afiz Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asiz Amin, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Redbourn AFC's attentive Didi Teo managed to snatch the ball when Zak Tan made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Jerry Paine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ron Boon in the 54th minute of play. Jerry Paine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58thth minute of the game Victor Chan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lowestoft's Jerry Paine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Chan in the 60th minute of play forced Lowestoft's goalkeeper Jerry Paine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerry Paine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Chan in the 63rd minute of the match. Jerry Paine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Chan's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Victor Chan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Jerry Paine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ron Boon's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Chan in the 84th minute of play forced Lowestoft's goalkeeper Jerry Paine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bakar Hongyi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Afiz Teo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Victor Ching kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lowestoft's goalkeeper Jerry Paine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ron Boon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jerry Paine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Redbourn AFC had played much better football throughout.
