Spectators: 8580 (Terracing: 6400, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 180) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Chai kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Harolld Hill's Afiz Chandran got a free kick in the 4th minute. Shafiq Phua, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Firdauz Wenyong came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Harolld Hill's Felix Soon. But to his dismay, Felix Soon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Felix Soon fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harolld Hill's protests and gave Felix Soon a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Harolld Hill's Felix Soon got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azli Rajah in the 20th minute of play forced Warer City's goalkeeper Firdauz Wenyong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Daniel Chai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Tan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Firdauz Wenyong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afiz Chandran in the 32nd minute of play. Azli Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Firdauz Wenyong having to interfere. Daniel Chai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harolld Hill's Ang Tan got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Warer City's Daniel Chai got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Azli Rajah was the one to do the kick off. Sajeev Ching might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Tan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sajeev Ching ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the game, Gara Sum cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Samuel Tan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Warer City's Firdauz Wenyong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Azli Rajah in the 67th minute of play. Ang Tan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Firdauz Wenyong having to interfere. Daniel Chai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Gara Sum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute Azli Rajah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Firdauz Wenyong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Harolld Hill's goal looked a bit too open when Sajeev Ching came free, but Samuel Tan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asiz Sum charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Asiz Sum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Harolld Hill fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Warer City a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Shafiq Phua, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Harolld Hill's Samuel Tan. 3-1. With an all-out effort, Harolld Hill's Firdauz Wenyong threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Azli Rajah, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Shahiran Chong kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Firdauz Wenyong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azli Rajah, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Warer City's Firdauz Wenyong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Warer City from getting a goal against them. Sajeev Ching sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Warer City fans cheered their team off the field, for while Harolld Hill had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
