Warer City's Shafiq Phua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Guillen in the 4th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Wong Yi-Sheng in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Howden United's Faris Shiong. Shafiq Phua stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Guillen's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Anacleto Guillen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Warer City's Shafiq Phua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Warer City defense, Anacleto Guillen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shafiq Phua. The Warer City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shafiq Phua should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute Anacleto Guillen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shafiq Phua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shafiq Phua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Guillen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Anacleto Guillen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Shafiq Phua. Warer City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anacleto Guillen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Anacleto Guillen put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Shafiq Phua. Shafiq Phua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Guillen in the 31st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Anacleto Guillen sped through Warer City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Shafiq Phua. 39 minutes into the game, Howden United's Anacleto Guillen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shafiq Phua made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 42 minutes into the game, Wong Yi-Sheng threw the ball into play from the sideline. Howden United's Faris Shiong quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Shafiq Phua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Guillen in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Anacleto Guillen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Howden United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anacleto Guillen made a kick off. Warer City's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anacleto Guillen 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. Anacleto Guillen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 59th playminute. If Anacleto Guillen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shafiq Phua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Guillen, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the game, Wong Yi-Sheng threw the ball into play from the sideline. Howden United's Faris Shiong quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 66 minutes into the match, Anacleto Guillen notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Warer City's Shafiq Phua. Shafiq Phua was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Warer City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Anacleto Guillen scored to the left of an out of position Shafiq Phua, making the score, 0-11. After 74 minutes, Anacleto Guillen made it 0-12 with a short kick to the right side. Warer City's Shafiq Phua tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Shafiq Phua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Guillen in the 82nd minute of the match. Anacleto Guillen had several of the Warer City's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-13 score and a disappointed Shafiq Phua as he didn't even see the shot coming. 88 minutes into the game, Wong Yi-Sheng threw the ball into play from the sideline. Howden United's Faris Shiong quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a little luck, Warer City's Shafiq Phua got control of the ball when Anacleto Guillen tried to sneak it across the goal line.
