Spectators: 7850 (Terracing: 6200, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anacleto Guillen kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Birkendale Rangers getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Victor Abdul hit a great ball. Hamir Chian struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Bryan Yip didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Howden United. Farhan Chian made in the 6th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Farhan Yeo however managed to control. After 7 played minutes Howden United got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Tan. Mohammad Pieng charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohammad Pieng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Howden United got a freekick which was hit by Mohammad Pieng. Anacleto Guillen scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bryan Yip, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Mohammad Pieng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryan Yip was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 18 minutes of play, Howden United's Anacleto Guillen made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bryan Yip was left in no man's land by his defense there! 21 minutes into the game, Farhan Chian threw the ball into play from the sideline. Howden United's Prime Lum quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Prime Lum kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Anacleto Guillen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryan Yip was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Bryan Yip stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Guillen's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Anacleto Guillen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Bryan Yip was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Birkendale Rangers's zone, Anacleto Guillen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bryan Yip came out of the goal and Anacleto Guillen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Birkendale Rangers's Farhan Chian got a free kick in the 37th minute. Anacleto Guillen took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryan Yip. Bryan Yip dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Bryan Yip didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prime Lum went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. When Farhan Chian was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Birkendale Rangers's Farhan Chian got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Birkendale Rangers's Steven Sum got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Howden United were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lee Wenyong was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Howden United's Prime Lum dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 55th minute, Howden United's Anacleto Guillen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bryan Yip. Bryan Yip yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Bryan Yip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Guillen in the 59th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Anacleto Guillen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bryan Yip. Birkendale Rangers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anacleto Guillen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Bryan Yip was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Prime Lum capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prime Lum really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. 66 minutes into the match, Birkendale Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Guillen came free, but Bryan Yip reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birkendale Rangers's Tan Laycock was substituted for Sean Teo. In the 70th minute, Anacleto Guillen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Birkendale Rangers's goalkeeper Bryan Yip had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohammad Pieng. 75 minutes into the match, Anacleto Guillen notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Birkendale Rangers's Bryan Yip. Bryan Yip was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Guillen in the 80th minute of play forced Birkendale Rangers's goalkeeper Bryan Yip to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Anacleto Guillen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Bryan Yip was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute, one of Birkendale Rangers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Birkendale Rangers. The Birkendale Rangers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Howden United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
