The ball went over the crossbar instead. 6 minutes into the match, Warer City's goal looked a bit too open when 黄然烽 came free, but Firdauz Wenyong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Pască might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Firdauz Wenyong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adrian Pască ran back to his position shaking his head. Firdauz Wenyong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicholas Yi-Sheng in the 10th minute of the match. John Tuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Firdauz Wenyong having to interfere. 黄然烽 succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After some careless play in the Warer City defense, 黄然烽 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Firdauz Wenyong. The Warer City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Firdauz Wenyong should have stopped the shot. Firdauz Tan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Chai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 黄然烽 took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Firdauz Wenyong. Firdauz Wenyong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 33 played minutes Warer City got a freekick which was hit by Shafiq Phua. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, 黄然烽 managed to get in a good position for a shot. ergani spor sk's supporters rose to their feet, but 黄然烽 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Firdauz Wenyong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, John Tuan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Firdauz Wenyong was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. ergani spor sk's John Tuan got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Warer City's Firdauz Wenyong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 黄然烽 in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Shahiran Chong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Chai made a kick off. The long shot by Philip Ahlerot in the 51st minute really tested Firdauz Wenyong's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. John Tuan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 黄然烽 in the 54th minute of play forced Warer City's goalkeeper Firdauz Wenyong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, 黄然烽 took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Firdauz Wenyong to make any attempt to save it. 黄然烽 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an all-out effort, ergani spor sk's Firdauz Wenyong threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 黄然烽, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Firdauz Wenyong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 黄然烽 in the 65th minute of the match. With his leg Firdauz Wenyong managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when ergani spor sk's Nicholas Yi-Sheng fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 81 minutes, John Tuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ergani spor sk's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Tuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Tuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Firdauz Wenyong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 黄然烽 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 黄然烽 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
