In the 16th minute Alex Chew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Sum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ang Chew hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Alexander Sum made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Serkan Onatsu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shafiq Yip got free with Alexander Sum in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Serkan Onatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mark Chian made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind SKARF's goalkeeper Albert Seng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mark Chian got free with Albert Seng in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Dale Pillai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to SKARF getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Shafiq Yip hit a great ball. It was a well-played corner which Danish Hoe managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Mark Chian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute Serkan Onatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Sum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mark Chian got free with Albert Seng in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute of the match, Mark Chian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Albert Seng was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 90 minutes into the game, John Hui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SKARF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NFH Family United the free kick. After a rather tough play, SKARF's John Hui got a free kick in the 90th minute. Mark Chian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the SKARF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
