Seating: 2492, VIP seats: 216) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jerry Soon got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Jerry Soon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Artuner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bryan Hui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniz Keng, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute of the match Oakham got a corner. Manchester United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Asiz Rajah ran over to the corner to take the kick. 10 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Asiz Rajah came free, but Ali Artuner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Artuner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Koh in the 12th minute of play. Ali Artuner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Soon in the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Azam Chew in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryan Hui saved Oakham from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Soon in the 26th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Ali Artuner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Artuner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asiz Rajah in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniz Keng in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryan Hui saved Oakham from getting behind. Khai Amin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ali Artuner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oakham's Bryan Hui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Oakham from getting a goal against them. Bineesh Soon hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Daniz Keng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bryan Hui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
When Afiq Nair fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United's protests and gave Afiq Nair a yellow card for diving instead. Jerry Soon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Ali Artuner skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Manchester United's Ali Artuner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Soon in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester United's goalkeeper Ali Artuner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Jerry Soon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Artuner. Manchester United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerry Soon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Soon in the 72nd minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Ali Artuner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Ali Artuner managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Oakham's Jerry Soon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alam Lee in the 81st minute of play. Ali Artuner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Soon in the 82nd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goalkeeper Ali Artuner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Khai Amin. The referee ignored Oakham's protests and gave Victor Chong a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Victor Chong hit a great ball. In the 91st match minute, Oakham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Chong to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the game, Jerry Soon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ali Artuner. Jerry Soon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 96th minute, Jerry Soon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Artuner was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Oakham left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Manchester United.
