Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Josepho Singson got the match started through his kick off. Virgil Pacpaco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Alvin Zerrudo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Guadalupe Garvida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Berting Mactal fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Al Nasr SC's protests and gave Berting Mactal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Al Nasr SC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Berting Mactal hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Al Nasr SC's goal looked a bit too open when Josepho Singson came free, but Alvin Zerrudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgil Pacpaco got free with Alvin Zerrudo in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Lester Quibola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bienvinido Maglacas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Josepho Singson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alvin Zerrudo, passed just outside the right post. After 35 played minutes Al Nasr SC got a freekick which was hit by Berting Mactal. After a rather tough play, Al Nasr SC's Berting Mactal got a free kick in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Al Nasr SC's zone, Virgil Pacpaco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvin Zerrudo came out of the goal and Virgil Pacpaco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvin Zerrudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josepho Singson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lester Quibola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Josepho Singson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvin Zerrudo having to interfere. If Josepho Singson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Carlton in Lindrick's Bienvinido Maglacas got control of the ball when Lester Quibola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Virgil Pacpaco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guadalupe Garvida hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Josepho Singson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvin Zerrudo having to interfere. Josepho Singson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Josepho Singson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Virgil Pacpaco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvin Zerrudo. Al Nasr SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgil Pacpaco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Edarlito Quison's late challenge caught a Al Nasr SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edarlito Quison helped the player get up and apologised. Edarlito Quison kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Virgil Pacpaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Al Nasr SC defense, Virgil Pacpaco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvin Zerrudo. The Al Nasr SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvin Zerrudo should have stopped the shot. Alvin Zerrudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Pacpaco in the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Carlton in Lindrick players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
