The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian Pasquin got free with Timothy Kalingasan in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Ian Pasquin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 35th minute, Cristofor Quinabo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eli Balaoing was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Brad Galapon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timothy Kalingasan having to interfere. Ian Pasquin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Timothy Kalingasan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lights Out FC's zone, Ian Pasquin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timothy Kalingasan came out of the goal and Ian Pasquin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the game, Cookham's Brad Galapon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Pasquin in the 94th minute of play forced Lights Out FC's goalkeeper Timothy Kalingasan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timothy Kalingasan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brad Galapon in the 97th minute of the match.
