Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francis Inclan started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Marco Lindawan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malmesbury City's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Lindawan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peyman Tiongson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guy Garcia during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Malmesbury City's Neckson Yalung couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for asdfc. After a rather tough play, asdfc's Alfred Sacayanan got a free kick in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the game, George Querimit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Peyman Tiongson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peyman Tiongson made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Aga Tecson sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aga Tecson got free with Peyman Tiongson in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peyman Tiongson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aga Tecson in the 23rd minute. Roy Mangalus kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Malmesbury City's George Querimit got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peyman Tiongson was a little too slow when George Querimit got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 3-0. Eddie Dimson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Igme Benitez put in a rough tackle. Aga Tecson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jomari Gonong came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Malmesbury City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jomari Gonong couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, Malmesbury City's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Inclan came free, but Rogelio Mabaquiao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aga Tecson made a kick off. Peyman Tiongson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aga Tecson, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Eddie Dimson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rogelio Mabaquiao came out and tried to block the shot, but Eddie Dimson slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 57th minute. Aga Tecson might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peyman Tiongson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aga Tecson ran back to his position shaking his head. Aga Tecson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Malmesbury City's zone, Francis Inclan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Mabaquiao came out of the goal and Francis Inclan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of asdfc booed when Malmesbury City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marjo Manipula didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, asdfc's Guy Garcia got a free kick in the 76th minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Aga Tecson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malmesbury City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aga Tecson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jomari Gonong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aga Tecson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Peyman Tiongson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roy Mangalus's late challenge caught a Malmesbury City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roy Mangalus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, asdfc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Mangalus to maneuver through the defense. Aga Tecson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes of play, Malmesbury City's Jomari Gonong made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peyman Tiongson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francis Inclan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. asdfc's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Roy Mangalus hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Marco Lindawan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peyman Tiongson having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aga Tecson in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peyman Tiongson saved asdfc from getting behind. Marco Lindawan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aga Tecson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Peyman Tiongson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Malmesbury City were the better team. Malmesbury City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
