If Elbert Buyco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elbert Buyco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Crookes getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Edmund Songco hit a great ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Elbert Buyco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 김다미's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elbert Buyco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bill Taasan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeric Bustamante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danilo Bisaya went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the game, Bill Taasan lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Manuel Lumbang. Bill Taasan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliezer Taasan during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Crookes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliezer Taasan to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Lumbang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bill Taasan in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Bill Taasan made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, 김다미's Bill Taasan got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute, Elbert Buyco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 김다미 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 68thth minute of the game Bill Taasan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crookes's Manuel Lumbang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Crookes's Manuel Lumbang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Taasan in the 70th minute of play. When 김다미's Elbert Buyco in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crookes's goalie prevented a goal. Crookes's Manuel Lumbang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Taasan in the 73rd minute of play. Elbert Buyco might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Lumbang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elbert Buyco ran back to his position shaking his head. Bill Taasan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Lumbang read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Manuel Lumbang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamesso Salahuddin, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Manuel Lumbang came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by 김다미's Bill Taasan. But to his dismay, Bill Taasan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Elbert Buyco struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Manuel Lumbang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 김다미. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bill Taasan in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Lumbang saved Crookes from getting behind. 김다미's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
