Frimley FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fairy Tails the free kick. Rudolph Dalugdugan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Frimley FC got a freekick which was hit by Ross Caruscay. Maurice Cuaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Boni Tengco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Lofranco might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabby Pacquing. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Lofranco ran back to his position shaking his head. Gabby Pacquing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Blas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Lofranco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabby Pacquing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Leon Lofranco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marshall Blas in the 37th minute of play forced Fairy Tails's goalkeeper Gabby Pacquing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabby Pacquing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marshall Blas, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Alejandro Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Frimley FC's Marshall Blas in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fairy Tails's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 55th minute Frimley FC were awarded a corner. Hans Cacpal went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Frimley FC's corner Hans Cacpal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gabby Pacquing quite easily take care of the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Jeremias Batungbacal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fairy Tails's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Frimley FC the free kick. 56 minutes into the match, Fairy Tails's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Lofranco came free, but Gabby Pacquing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Leon Lofranco took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Gabby Pacquing to make any attempt to save it. In the 64th match minute, Frimley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ross Caruscay to maneuver through the defense. Gabby Pacquing made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Marshall Blas sent off a good shot on target. Gabby Pacquing didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Marshall Blas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Marshall Blas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabby Pacquing. Fairy Tails's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marshall Blas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When Elijah Pangalanan came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Fairy Tails fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elijah Pangalanan couldn't finish the play. Maurice Cuaresma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boni Tengco having to interfere.
