Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Alejandro Paulin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Ali Vinoray when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 9th minute, Maurice Cuaresma reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ali Vinoray. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 13th minute, Papi Masibay made a precise shot to the right of Gabby Pacquing. Fairy Tails's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ali Vinoray made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Paulin in the 17th minute. After 18 played minutes Manila Bears got a freekick which was hit by Adolph Tumanda. Oscar Dacalcap kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Ali Vinoray made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Alejandro Paulin sent off a good shot on target. Gabby Pacquing came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Manila Bears's Igme Querimit. But to his dismay, Igme Querimit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Allen Paranpan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igme Querimit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gabby Pacquing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Igme Querimit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manila Bears's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igme Querimit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Papi Masibay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gabby Pacquing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gualterio Queppet came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Manila Bears fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Queppet couldn't finish the play.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolph Tumanda during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Maurice Cuaresma put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ali Vinoray. When Papi Masibay came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Manila Bears fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Papi Masibay couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Papi Masibay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabby Pacquing was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. If Papi Masibay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Papi Masibay in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabby Pacquing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Allen Paranpan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adolph Tumanda got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 81 minutes into the match, Manila Bears's goal looked a bit too open when Maurice Cuaresma came free, but Ali Vinoray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Allen Paranpan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 minutes of play, Manila Bears's Papi Masibay made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabby Pacquing was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Papi Masibay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manila Bears's supporters rose to their feet, but Papi Masibay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabby Pacquing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
