If Margarito Parawan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th match minute, Swindon AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaq Tongol to maneuver through the defense. Luther Valmayor's late challenge caught a Swindon AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luther Valmayor helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Swindon AFC booed when Mandaon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luther Valmayor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes, Swindon AFC's Dolphy Callangan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Calvin Nogoy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Swindon AFC reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Oscar Quison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mandaon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Quison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Phillip Baysac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Otto Songco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Otto Songco might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Phillip Baysac. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Otto Songco ran back to his position shaking his head. Oscar Quison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Phillip Baysac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Phillip Baysac didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oscar Quison went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oscar Quison made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Quison in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Phillip Baysac prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oscar Quison kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. With a little luck, Swindon AFC's Phillip Baysac got control of the ball when Otto Songco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Mandaon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Palisoc to maneuver through the defense. Ora Dulay struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Calvin Nogoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Swindon AFC. Swindon AFC's Phillip Baysac proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Swindon AFC from getting a goal against them. Emil Gatbonton hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Swindon AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Oscar Quison 69 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Otto Songco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Swindon AFC's Phillip Baysac got control of the ball when Otto Songco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grover Bucsits short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Phillip Baysac to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Oscar Quison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Swindon AFC's Phillip Baysac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfie Saliba in the 95th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Swindon AFC's zone, Oscar Quison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phillip Baysac came out of the goal and Oscar Quison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mandaon FC played a much better game than Swindon AFC and deserved their victory. The Swindon AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
