Spectators: 6845 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1845, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natanael Tizon started the match with the kick off. Rambo Quinot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natanael Tizon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Florentino Yambot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Geddington's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Yambot came free, but Bernard Tagasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Geddington defense, Florentino Yambot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernard Tagasa. The Geddington fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Tagasa should have stopped the shot. Florentino Yambot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernard Tagasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Bernard Tagasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florence Yengko in the 17th minute of the match. Bedlington AFC's Rambo Quinot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Tizon in the 22nd minute of play. Florence Yengko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bernard Tagasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Geddington's Gener Gosoc got a free kick in the 31st minute. Bernard Tagasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Yambot, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Florentino Yambot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Visayas Manipula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Visayas Manipula came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Bedlington AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Visayas Manipula couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florentino Yambot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Berting Salvador fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Geddington's protests and gave Berting Salvador a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bedlington AFC booed when Geddington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berting Salvador didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 52 minutes, Florence Yengko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bedlington AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florence Yengko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Geddington's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Yambot came free, but Bernard Tagasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florence Yengko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 62 minutes, Clarence Pacubas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Geddington and the Bedlington AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bedlington AFC booed when Geddington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clarence Pacubas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernard Tagasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Yambot, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Florence Yengko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Clarence Pacubas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Geddington's Nathan Sarigumba got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Nathan Sarigumba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florentino Yambot struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Bernard Tagasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bedlington AFC. Ref Calilan hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Geddington's Nathan Sarigumba got a free kick in the 89th minute. Florence Yengko might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernard Tagasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florence Yengko ran back to his position shaking his head. Florence Yengko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florentino Yambot in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernard Tagasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bedlington AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
