In the 12th minute, Wallace Frumenti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Taytay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Siongco came free, but Luisito Cayco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tingley's Aquilino Siongco got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luisito Cayco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortencia Quengua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Taytay FC's goalkeeper Luisito Cayco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luisito Cayco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Vinzon in the 26th minute of play. Luisito Cayco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Siongco in the 38th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dawang Mamot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Albert Burgess had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquilino Siongco struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Aquilino Siongco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Luisito Cayco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisito Vinzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luisito Cayco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luisito Vinzon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 89 minute of play. Tingley were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
