Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Clifford Ninobla got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes Phase V FC got a freekick which was hit by Jim Patao. The audience was convinced that Clifford Ninobla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Noli Bandigas was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Clifford Ninobla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noli Bandigas having to interfere. After having played for 9 minutes, Ora Hicban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amberley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ora Hicban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Archie Pagdanganan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nur Quisisem in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanley Henson in the 14th minute of play forced Amberley FC's goalkeeper Archie Pagdanganan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Sylvester Yalung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Archie Pagdanganan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Amberley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Curtis Tiangco came free, but Archie Pagdanganan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Phase V FC's Noli Bandigas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clifford Ninobla in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Phase V FC's Sylvester Yalung nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Archie Pagdanganan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The Amberley FC fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Amberley FC's Clifford Ninobla looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Amberley FC booed when Phase V FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Homobono Leonora didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Ora Hicban sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Phase V FC's Noli Bandigas didn't even have to move. In the 45th minute Nur Quisisem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Archie Pagdanganan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Philipo Luzon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st match minute, Phase V FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nur Quisisem to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute William Booth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noli Bandigas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 64 in the game by Stanley Henson from a close distance when the talented Archie Pagdanganan managed to make a qualified save. Amberley FC's players were relieved. In the 68th minute, Inosram Yongque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute Philipo Luzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Archie Pagdanganan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clifford Ninobla in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noli Bandigas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Stanley Henson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phase V FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 86th minute, Ruffy Villarino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stanley Henson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Archie Pagdanganan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Rudolph Galapon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Phase V FC's Noli Bandigas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clifford Ninobla in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Amberley FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Phase V FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
