In the 9th minute Stanley Arong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lloyd Dorilag saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pilak FC's Leroy Gaane shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lloyd Dorilag but with some difficulty. Otis Tagarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodel Taasan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Lloyd Dorilag tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Abusayyaff Velasquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abusayyaff Velasquez in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herman Quimpo saved Pilak FC from getting behind. After 24 minutes of play, Ledbury's Abusayyaff Velasquez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herman Quimpo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute Otis Tagarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Quimpo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Sherwin Pilande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pilak FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ledbury the free kick. After 29 played minutes Pilak FC got a freekick which was hit by Sherwin Pilande. If Otis Tagarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stanley Arong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Melvin Lofranco fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ledbury's protests and gave Melvin Lofranco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Melvin Lofranco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 minutes of play, Ledbury's Abusayyaff Velasquez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herman Quimpo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 48th minute, Abusayyaff Velasquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Stanley Arong made the kick off in the second half. Pilak FC's Rodel Taasan got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stanley Arong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Rammynnos Sangco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 67 minutes, Otis Tagarro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ledbury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otis Tagarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Otis Tagarro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Herman Quimpo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stanley Arong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ledbury's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
