In the 3rd minute of the match Stanley Macapugay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gao Hao Quan skillfully saved the ball. Luzon Allado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Regelio Pendang in the 6th minute of the match. With 8 minutes on the clock, Jay Quiocson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 11th minute Regelio Pendang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luzon Allado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, General Santos City AFC's goalkeeper Luzon Allado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elmer Santos. Luzon Allado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waway Dequilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mindanao Macasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Luzon Allado made a huge save. A collision led to KidlingtonF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Franklin Naguiat hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, General Santos City AFC's goalkeeper Luzon Allado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mindanao Macasa. In the 25th match minute, KidlingtonF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmer Santos to maneuver through the defense. KidlingtonF's Gao Hao Quan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kapayas Benitez in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanley Macapugay during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to General Santos City AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Stanley Macapugay hit a great ball. In the 35th match minute, KidlingtonF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waway Dequilla to maneuver through the defense. Gao Hao Quan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kapayas Benitez in the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mindanao Macasa got free with Luzon Allado in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luzon Allado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Regelio Pendang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvin Lagbas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Stanley Macapugay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gao Hao Quan. KidlingtonF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gao Hao Quan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jay Lorenzo in the 44th minute of the match. After 48 minutes, Elmer Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KidlingtonF and the General Santos City AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 48 played minutes KidlingtonF got a freekick which was hit by Elmer Santos. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romnick Tengco made a kick off. Luzon Allado came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by KidlingtonF's Waway Dequilla. But to his dismay, Waway Dequilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 61 minutes, Edmund Rabaca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the General Santos City AFC and the KidlingtonF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, General Santos City AFC's Edmund Rabaca got a free kick in the 61st minute. Regelio Pendang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. KidlingtonF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Romnick Tengco scored to the left of an out of position Gao Hao Quan, making the score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mindanao Macasa in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luzon Allado saved General Santos City AFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmer Santos in the 77th minute of play forced General Santos City AFC's goalkeeper Luzon Allado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Regelio Pendang in the 80th minute of play forced General Santos City AFC's goalkeeper Luzon Allado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boni Benipayo helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes KidlingtonF got a freekick which was hit by Boni Benipayo. Kapayas Benitez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
