After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Daus Wibowo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sadjen's supporters rose to their feet, but Daus Wibowo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rabun Simanungkalit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Daus Wibowo made the kick off in the second half. Ferry Ie was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Sadjen's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Daus Wibowo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sadjen's supporters rose to their feet, but Daus Wibowo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rabun Simanungkalit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 65 minutes, Daus Wibowo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sadjen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daus Wibowo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferry Ie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute, Daus Wibowo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dian Arbi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nasum Darwis. Sadjen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in malaysia's zone, Daus Wibowo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rabun Simanungkalit came out of the goal and Daus Wibowo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Daus Wibowo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rabun Simanungkalit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sadjen's Daus Wibowo got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daus Wibowo couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Sadjen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than malaysia.
