Spectators: 6758 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 0) Fadhly Sipayung started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sungaibadak FC's Bulek Hidayat got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Lelo Perangin-angin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lelo Perangin-angin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bulsky Guci in the 8th minute of the match. PSP Weltevreden's Alan Budiarto got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hastomo Fitriansyah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadhly Sipayung in the 10th minute of play. Fadhly Sipayung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hastomo Fitriansyah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fadhly Sipayung in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hastomo Fitriansyah saved Sungaibadak FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fadhly Sipayung in the 22nd minute of play forced Sungaibadak FC's goalkeeper Hastomo Fitriansyah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fadhly Sipayung sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the game, Joko Kaban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sungaibadak FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSP Weltevreden the free kick. Lelo Perangin-angin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fery Rai went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. PSP Weltevreden's Lelo Perangin-angin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save PSP Weltevreden from getting a goal against them. Paijo Dermawan charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paijo Dermawan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Paijo Dermawan hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Bulsky Guci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Lelo Perangin-angin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sungaibadak FC booed when PSP Weltevreden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paijo Dermawan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Zulfikri Sembiring from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Lelo Perangin-angin's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fery Rai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Sungaibadak FC's Zulfikri Sembiring tried to score from far away in the 49th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Alan Budiarto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Hastomo Fitriansyah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Sungaibadak FC's zone, Alan Budiarto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hastomo Fitriansyah came out of the goal and Alan Budiarto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bulsky Guci came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Sungaibadak FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bulsky Guci couldn't finish the play. Bulsky Guci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Lelo Perangin-angin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bulsky Guci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lelo Perangin-angin was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 85th minute, Fadh Reza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Alan Budiarto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Sungaibadak FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When the referee blew the final whistle, Sungaibadak FC could leave the field as winners, despite PSP Weltevreden having more of the ball for most of the match.
