In the 16th match minute, Mandingo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rochy Bangun to maneuver through the defense. Dewa Priyatno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Awalludin Idris in the 18th minute of play. If Romi Cahyono Putro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bulsky Chaniago struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Bulsky Suprianto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mandingo FC. Awalludin Idris's late challenge caught a Mandingo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Awalludin Idris helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, MadMan's Awalludin Idris got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bulsky Chaniago got free with Bulsky Suprianto in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Bulsky Chaniago put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bulsky Suprianto. In the 35th minute Putu Prima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dewa Priyatno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
