When Mansaleang FC's Jojo Tarigan in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sri Lalang FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adith Martin in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Widodo Guci saved Mansaleang FC from getting behind. A collision led to Mansaleang FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Andra Priyatno hit a great ball. The long shot by Iswadi Arbi in the 8th minute really tested Widodo Guci's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jojo Mulia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Djati Romatua having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, Sri Lalang FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigit Simamora to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Sri Lalang FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jojo Tarigan came free, but Djati Romatua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Djati Romatua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jojo Mulia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jojo Mulia in the 15th minute of play forced Sri Lalang FC's goalkeeper Djati Romatua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Jojo Mulia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Djati Romatua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jojo Mulia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes Mansaleang FC got a freekick which was hit by Jojo Tarigan. Sigit Simamora's late challenge caught a Mansaleang FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sigit Simamora helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sri Lalang FC's goalkeeper Djati Romatua, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

During the 83rd minute of the match Porman Barus completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Porman Barus a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Porman Barus kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 86 minutes, Ari Kaban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mansaleang FC and the Sri Lalang FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mansaleang FC's Ari Kaban got a free kick in the 86th minute. Sri Lalang FC's Djati Romatua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jojo Tarigan in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Mansaleang FC booed when Sri Lalang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigit Simamora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mansaleang FC's Candra Ie couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sri Lalang FC. Djati Romatua was a little too slow when Jojo Tarigan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-3. Mansaleang FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
