Dede Barus thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Mahadi Pane, a very annoying self made goal in the 7th minute which led to 0-1. Eboy Eiboy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecep Haryanto-Ie having to interfere. Cecep Haryanto-Ie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eboy Eiboy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Leonard Rai fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sabah Ultras FC's protests and gave Leonard Rai a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sabah Ultras FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Leonard Rai hit a great ball. Ari Ridliwan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Mahadi Pane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mahadi Pane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sipiongot Hans, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Uum Perangin-angin's late challenge caught a Wadashntang FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uum Perangin-angin helped the player get up and apologised. Uum Perangin-angin kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Cecep Haryanto-Ie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eboy Eiboy in the 26th minute of play. Sipiongot Hans might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mahadi Pane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sipiongot Hans ran back to his position shaking his head. If Eboy Eiboy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sipiongot Hans took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mahadi Pane. Mahadi Pane dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Wadashntang FC's Fadh Romatua got a free kick in the 39th minute. The audience held their breath when Ruslan Yarman in the 42nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Cecep Haryanto-Ie's left hand side. Leonard Rai struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Cecep Haryanto-Ie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sabah Ultras FC. Wadashntang FC's Cecep Haryanto-Ie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Wadashntang FC from getting a goal against them. Eboy Eiboy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Sabah Ultras FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wadashntang FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Eboy Eiboy made the kick off in the second half. Eboy Arbi kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Awalludin Piliang had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sipiongot Hans in the 81st minute of play forced Sabah Ultras FC's goalkeeper Mahadi Pane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wadashntang FC's Sipiongot Hans got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruslan Yarman kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 87 minutes, Kompos Ridliwan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wadashntang FC and the Sabah Ultras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kompos Ridliwan hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Leonard Rai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecep Haryanto-Ie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96thth minute of the game Eboy Eiboy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wadashntang FC's Cecep Haryanto-Ie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Sabah Ultras FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Wadashntang FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Wadashntang FC.
