Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Felix Galve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Galve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Galve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Sven Krakouer fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Sven Krakouer a yellow card for diving instead. If Nicolás Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felix Galve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 28th minute of the match. Felix Galve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kamel Messina in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamel Messina in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 50th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Galve was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 60 minutes into the match, Tukwila FC's goalkeeper Felix Galve had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Tukwila FC's Felix Galve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 62nd minute of play. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Felix Galve didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Frank Sachs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Felix Galve when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 76th minute of play forced Tukwila FC's goalkeeper Felix Galve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 87th minute. Felix Galve was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Frank Sachs capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frank Sachs really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Albin Holweck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Galve having to make a save. After having played for 96 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Germany players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tukwila FC.
