Spectators: 5940 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1940, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Martin Arbi made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Celestial's goal looked a bit too open when Mulyana Tarigan came free, but Lelo Chaniago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mulyana Tarigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lelo Chaniago having to interfere. Andi Muchtaji fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lelo Chaniago having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Budiarto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Celestial's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSP Gondang the free kick. Reynaldo Budiarto kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Rabun Simamora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lelo Chaniago having to make a save. Lelo Chaniago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rabun Simamora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rabun Simamora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lelo Chaniago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to PSP Gondang getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Eboy Cahyono Putro hit a great ball. Andi Muchtaji received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Lelo Chaniago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eboy Cahyono Putro in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lelo Chaniago saved Celestial from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rabun Simamora to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Mulyana Tarigan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lelo Chaniago, passed just outside the right post. Hardy Ginting stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Arbi's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Lelo Chaniago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabun Simamora in the 60th minute of the match. Hardy Ginting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Arbi in the 62nd minute of play. When Budi Eiboy fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSP Gondang's protests and gave Budi Eiboy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Budi Eiboy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Celestial getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Reynaldo Budiarto hit a great ball. If Andi Muchtaji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Mulyana Tarigan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Rabun Simamora managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSP Gondang's supporters rose to their feet, but Rabun Simamora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lelo Chaniago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Celestial's zone, Mulyana Tarigan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lelo Chaniago came out of the goal and Mulyana Tarigan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Mulyana Tarigan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lelo Chaniago was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. PSP Gondang's Mulyana Tarigan got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rabun Simamora came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the PSP Gondang fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rabun Simamora couldn't finish the play. PSP Gondang's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
