Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Martin Arbi kicked off to start the match. Lelo Chaniago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joshua Bangun in the 3rd minute. When Martin Arbi came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Celestial fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Arbi couldn't finish the play. When Gendo Sarwanto fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Celestial's protests and gave Gendo Sarwanto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Celestial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gendo Sarwanto to maneuver through the defense. Bulek Wibowo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Ridliwan in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lelo Chaniago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute, Fery Budiarto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talumopatu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 22nd minute Leonard Ridliwan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lelo Chaniago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Talumopatu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heri Sitepu to maneuver through the defense. Celestial's Lelo Chaniago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Ridliwan in the 29th minute of play. Talumopatu's Fadh Idris was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lelo Chaniago in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonard Ridliwan was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Leonard Ridliwan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lelo Chaniago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Candra Wijaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Celestial defense, Fadh Idris kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lelo Chaniago. The Celestial fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lelo Chaniago should have stopped the shot. Daus Oktavianus was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Talumopatu booed when Celestial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daus Oktavianus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Celestial's zone, Heri Sitepu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lelo Chaniago came out of the goal and Heri Sitepu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celestial's Lelo Chaniago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romi Wibowo in the 72nd minute of play. Lelo Chaniago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Ridliwan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 minutes, Djati Piliang mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celestial and the Talumopatu players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Talumopatu booed when Celestial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Djati Piliang didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Candra Wijaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Porman Kooth was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When Candra Wijaya came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Celestial fans jumped to their feet. Lelo Chaniago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romi Wibowo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Fery Budiarto notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Celestial's Lelo Chaniago. Lelo Chaniago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
