In the 5th match minute, Wellington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kitam Arbi to maneuver through the defense. Wellington's Maximino Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gendo Haryanto in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to Wellington getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Andra Aswin hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Risto Viilop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Risto Viilop in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Belmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azad Jasmin in the 19th minute of play forced Wellington's goalkeeper Maximino Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joshua Dewa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Andra Aswin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Wellington's Maximino Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Azad Jasmin in the 29th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Wellington got a freekick which was hit by Robbie Suprianto. Maximino Belmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Risto Viilop went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The throw-in from Wahyu Barus in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Wellington's Robbie Alexander. Joshua Dewa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Belmiro having to interfere. When Joshua Dewa came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the FC Tambun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joshua Dewa couldn't finish the play. Maximino Belmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joshua Dewa went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After the first half FC Tambun were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Risto Viilop made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Risto Viilop ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Belmiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Joshua Dewa came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the FC Tambun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joshua Dewa couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the game, Risto Viilop cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Maximino Belmiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Risto Viilop got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Risto Viilop sped through Wellington's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Belmiro. FC Tambun's Hatemi Şahinkan was substituted for Awalludin Hassan. Azad Jasmin took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Belmiro. Maximino Belmiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Risto Viilop managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Tambun's supporters rose to their feet, but Risto Viilop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Belmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Risto Viilop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Risto Viilop could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Maximino Belmiro made a huge save. In the 98th minute, FC Tambun's Gendo Haryanto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. FC Tambun's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
