Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gumukredjo's Eboy Suprianto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eboy Suprianto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tiar Simamora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eboy Supriantos short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Tiar Simamora to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 18 minutes into the match, Mesir's goal looked a bit too open when Eboy Suprianto came free, but Tiar Simamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eboy Suprianto in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Gumukredjo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eboy Suprianto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Mesir's Jatuh Darwis made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mahadi Tarigan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Mahadi Tarigan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eboy Suprianto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiar Simamora having to interfere. The throw-in from Haryanto Wibowo in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gumukredjo's Reynaldo Alexander. Tiar Simamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eboy Suprianto, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Gumukredjo's Mahadi Tarigan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Gumukredjo from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the Gumukredjo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
