Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gendo Ie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahadi Tarigan having to interfere. When Steve Mulia came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Gumukredjo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steve Mulia couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute Mulyana Akmal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahadi Tarigan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Hilinaghe got a freekick which was hit by Dede Idris. In the 12th minute of the match Eboy Suprianto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiar Perangin-angin skillfully saved the ball. Steve Mulia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Eboy Suprianto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gumukredjo's supporters rose to their feet, but Eboy Suprianto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiar Perangin-angin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiar Perangin-angin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eboy Suprianto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Mulyana Akmal fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eboy Suprianto hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Eboy Suprianto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiar Perangin-angin was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Gumukredjo's Mahadi Tarigan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Gumukredjo from getting a goal against them. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gumukredjo!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adith Haryanto to make the kick off. With a little luck, Hilinaghe's Tiar Perangin-angin got control of the ball when Eboy Suprianto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eboy Suprianto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Gumukredjo's goal looked a bit too open when Adith Haryanto came free, but Mahadi Tarigan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eboy Suprianto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Tiar Perangin-angin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gumukredjo's Lelo Perangin-angin got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Lelo Perangin-angin fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gumukredjo's protests and gave Lelo Perangin-angin a yellow card for diving instead. Gumukredjo's Mahadi Tarigan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gendo Ie in the 89th minute of play. Adith Haryanto kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
