Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fery Budikusuma took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gumukredjo's zone, Martin Chaniago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mahadi Tarigan came out of the goal and Martin Chaniago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eboy Suprianto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Kluczyk having to interfere. With 9 minutes on the clock, Fadh Dewa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Junwei a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Putu Budikusuma, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gumukredjo's Mahadi Tarigan. 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Awalludin Barus in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gumukredjo's Reynaldo Alexander. 18 minutes into the match, Gumukredjo's goal looked a bit too open when Donny Febrian came free, but Mahadi Tarigan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Gumukredjo defense, Putu Budikusuma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mahadi Tarigan. The Gumukredjo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mahadi Tarigan should have stopped the shot. When Junwei's Fery Budikusuma in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gumukredjo's goalie prevented a goal. Mahadi Tarigan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Putu Budikusuma, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Gumukredjo getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lelo Perangin-angin hit a great ball. Putu Budikusuma was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kompos Bangun hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Putu Budikusuma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes Junwei got a freekick which was hit by Wahyu Eiboy. Thanks to some nice moves Joshua Darwis could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Fryderyk Kluczyk however easily saved by the left post. In the 47th minute, Fery Budikusuma made a precise shot to the right of Mahadi Tarigan. Gumukredjo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Andra Eiboy made the kick off in the second half. Mahadi Tarigan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fery Budikusuma in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Gumukredjo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Joshua Darwis hit a great ball. Fery Budikusuma was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Junwei's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 63rd match minute, Gumukredjo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eboy Suprianto to maneuver through the defense. Gumukredjo's attentive Kompos Darwis managed to snatch the ball when Putu Budikusuma made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. Fery Budikusuma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahadi Tarigan having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Gumukredjo's goal looked a bit too open when Donny Febrian came free, but Mahadi Tarigan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Junwei's Fery Budikusuma got a free kick in the 79th minute. Awalludin Barus made in the 90th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Martin Chaniago however managed to control. Donny Febrian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Fery Budikusuma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mahadi Tarigan was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Junwei walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
