Paijo Sinambela hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Penang Island's Bulek Idris slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mulyana Idris. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Bulek Idris scored 2-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mulyana Idris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Bulek Idris kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mulyana Idris. That made the score 3-0 in the 9 minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Penang Island's Bulek Idris sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mulyana Idris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Bandardalem's Mulyana Idris got control of the ball when Faisal Halim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mulyana Idris made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Haryanto Simamora sent off a good shot on target. Faisal Halim struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Mulyana Idris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penang Island. Bulek Idris succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 19th playminute. After 22 minutes of play, Penang Island's Bulek Idris made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mulyana Idris was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mulyana Idris made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Faisal Halim sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bulek Idris in the 30th minute of play forced Bandardalem's goalkeeper Mulyana Idris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Djati Simamora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mulyana Idris. That made the score 6-0 in the 31 minute of play. Haryanto Simamora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Mulyana Idris made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Penang Island's Djati Simamora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mulyana Idris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Mulyana Idris made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Fadhly Perangin-angin sent off a good shot on target. Mulyana Idris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joko Febrian in the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Penang Island booed when Bandardalem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paijo Sinambela didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Bulek Idris notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Bandardalem's Mulyana Idris. Mulyana Idris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

After 53 played minutes Penang Island got a freekick which was hit by Fadhly Perangin-angin. 57 minutes into the game, Bulek Idris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Mulyana Idris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 63 minutes, Bulek Idris made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bandardalem's Mulyana Idris tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faisal Halim in the 67th minute of play forced Bandardalem's goalkeeper Mulyana Idris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mulyana Idris came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Penang Island's Bulek Idris. But to his dismay, Bulek Idris quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Mulyana Idris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bulek Idris went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. Mulyana Idris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haryanto Simamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Mulyana Idris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bulek Idris in the 75th minute of the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Widodo Barus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandardalem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Widodo Barus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Haryanto Simamora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mulyana Idris. Bandardalem's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haryanto Simamora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. Mulyana Idris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faisal Halim, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Mulyana Idris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djati Simamora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Bandardalem's goal looked a bit too open when Bulek Idris came free, but Mulyana Idris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mulyana Idris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djati Simamora in the 97th minute of play. Mulyana Idris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bulek Idris, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. Penang Island's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
