Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. A very good chance for a goal. 贺坤霆 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 刘帆悦 having to interfere. 凡心所向's 叶亦风 got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute 贺坤霆 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 刘帆悦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, 尹星寒 made a precise shot to the right of 姜亦亮. 凡心所向's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of 广州太阳神足球俱乐部 booed when 凡心所向 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. 龙渊晨 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 贺坤霆's late challenge caught a 广州太阳神足球俱乐部's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 贺坤霆 helped the player get up and apologised. 贺坤霆 kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 狄邦晨's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 姜亦亮 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 刘帆悦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 贺坤霆 in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, 贺坤霆 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 狄邦晨 was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 贺坤霆 in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 刘帆悦 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 刘帆悦 came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by 凡心所向's 贺坤霆. But to his dismay, 贺坤霆 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a rather tough play, 凡心所向's 曹翀棋 got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 广州太阳神足球俱乐部's 刘帆悦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 叶亦风 in the 71st minute of play. 贺坤霆 got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to 凡心所向 getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. 贺坤霆 hit a great ball. In the 81st minute 狄邦晨 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 姜亦亮 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, 尹星寒 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 姜亦亮, 2-3. 凡心所向's 姜亦亮 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save 凡心所向 from getting a goal against them. 广州太阳神足球俱乐部's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
