In the 23rd minute, 龙战义 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 巩庭骏 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. 姜林志 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 傅锋亦's late challenge caught a 台湾省新竹狮面人队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. An unexpectedly hard shot by 乔光卫 in the 60th minute of play forced 台湾省新竹狮面人队's goalkeeper 姜林志 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 乔光卫 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 河南安阳雄狮队's 乔光卫 got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When 巩庭骏 came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the 河南安阳雄狮队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 巩庭骏 couldn't finish the play. If 柳亦凡 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When 石沙超 came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the 台湾省新竹狮面人队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 石沙超 couldn't finish the play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
