After having played for 11 minutes, 曲鸿真 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 四川巴中火鸟联队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 曲鸿真 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队's 顾烨益 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 麦超雄 in the 15th minute of play. 顾烨益 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 麦超雄, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 麦超雄 took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 顾烨益. 顾烨益 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队's zone, 麦超雄 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 顾烨益 came out of the goal and 麦超雄 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28thth minute of the game 曲鸿真 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队's 顾烨益 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 郭泉树 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 邓潮朋's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 洪俊骋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 郭泉树 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but 洪俊骋 made a huge save. In the 41st minute, 高亦兴 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 郭泉树 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but 洪俊骋 made a huge save. 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队's 郭泉树 got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 曲鸿真 to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, 四川巴中火鸟联队's 尤卫寒 got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 郭泉树 in the 58th minute of play forced 四川巴中火鸟联队's goalkeeper 洪俊骋 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, 四川巴中火鸟联队's goal looked a bit too open when 郭泉树 came free, but 洪俊骋 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when 麦超雄 got free with 顾烨益 in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队 getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. 韩常桑 hit a great ball. In the 66thth minute of the game 郭泉树 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 四川巴中火鸟联队's 洪俊骋 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 邓潮朋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 洪俊骋 having to interfere. 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队's 石真宁 got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 郭泉树 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. If 曲鸿真 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was beautiful to see 四川巴中火鸟联队's 曾奕寒 in action when he in the 85th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 87 minutes into the match, 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队's goalkeeper 顾烨益 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 麦超雄. In the 88th match minute, 内蒙呼伦贝尔精灵代表队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 倪飞平 to maneuver through the defense. 顾烨益 was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 曲鸿真 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 93 minute of play. The 四川巴中火鸟联队 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
