The corner ended in Viriato Moura almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Calciatori FC's Emanuel Pinho did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Vasiliu in the 8th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Emanuel Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökmen Ülkümen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Calboreanu in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Sandu Vasiliu came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Vasiliu in the 20th minute of play. Rodolfo Miranda tried in the game's 22nd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Wilson Amorim. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. In the 27th minute Gökmen Ülkümen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Calciatori FC booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Graciano Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Calciatori FC's Sandu Vasiliu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 38th minute of play forced Calciatori FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Calciatori FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felipe Barreto took the corner. Fabricio Andrade was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a defensive mix-up in Calciatori FC's zone, Felipe Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Pinho came out of the goal and Felipe Barreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graciano Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandu Vasiliu made a kick off. Bruno Bastos hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 雷国晨 in the 54th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Jaccarini, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Felipe Barreto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Pinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Emanuel Pinho made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Rodolfo Miranda sent off a good shot on target. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Vasiliu in the 68th minute of play. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. 76 minutes into the game, Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Pinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Emanuel Pinho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 83rd minute, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Calciatori FC's Robby Baggio was substituted for 雷国晨. Felipinho Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Emanuel Pinho made a huge save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
