After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, 唐悦宁 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 【AC】Black Dragon-Boom's supporters rose to their feet, but 唐悦宁 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 尤森树 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in 香港西贡区捍卫者俱乐部队's zone, 郭建宁 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 尤森树 came out of the goal and 郭建宁 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 31st minute of the match 胡朋迅 completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave 胡朋迅 a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. If 贺竞国 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a defensive mix-up in 【AC】Black Dragon-Boom's zone, 卓延翔 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 梅益耀 came out of the goal and 卓延翔 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 59 played minutes 【AC】Black Dragon-Boom got a freekick which was hit by 唐悦宁. 梅益耀 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 鲁桦德 in the 61st minute of the match. 魏松寒 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 梅益耀 having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, 唐悦宁 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 【AC】Black Dragon-Boom's supporters rose to their feet, but 唐悦宁 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 尤森树 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 梅益耀 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 鲁桦德, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 魏松寒 charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 魏松寒 in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 梅益耀 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When 鲁桦德 came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the 香港西贡区捍卫者俱乐部队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 鲁桦德 couldn't finish the play. The supporters of 【AC】Black Dragon-Boom booed when 香港西贡区捍卫者俱乐部队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. 顾斐洋 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 鲁桦德 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 梅益耀 having to interfere. 梅益耀 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 魏松寒 in the 96th minute of play. 香港西贡区捍卫者俱乐部队's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
