If Bertram Svenningsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abay Sezer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Olav Graversen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abay Sezer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 41 minutes, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertram Svenningsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abay Sezer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chris Nygaard went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orçun Öznur to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abay Sezer. Chris Nygaard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Aras Görkem Seyban hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abay Sezer having to interfere. Abay Sezer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 75th minute of play. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. Chris Nygaard in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abay Sezer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 90 minutes into the game, Ziya Onur Şirvan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. beşiktaş A.Ş.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. In the 90th match minute, beşiktaş A.Ş. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziya Onur Şirvan to maneuver through the defense. Abay Sezer was a little too slow when Chris Nygaard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-9. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind beşiktaş A.Ş.'s goalkeeper Abay Sezer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Denmark played a much better game than beşiktaş A.Ş. and deserved their victory. The beşiktaş A.Ş. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
