After a defensive mix-up in 内蒙赤峰射手俱乐部队's zone, 俞震兴 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 于竞扬 came out of the goal and 俞震兴 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The 北京皇家湖人队 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 内蒙赤峰射手俱乐部队 were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 冯荣鸿 to make the kick off.
