In the 16th minute, 曲希剑 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, 江山如画's goal looked a bit too open when 鲁亮鹏 came free, but 曲沙峰 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 曲沙峰 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 朱夕鹰, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 鲁亮鹏 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 23 minutes, 余响榕 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 江山如画's supporters crossed their fingers, but 余响榕 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 余响榕 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 朱夕鹰 during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, 朱夕鹰 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If 严昆辉 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 肖谦崇 made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when 康威明 sent off a good shot on target. 朱夕鹰 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 曲沙峰 having to interfere. 康威明 hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, 韩乐傲 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute of the match 严昆辉 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 曲沙峰 skillfully saved the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 严昆辉 made a kick off. But to his dismay, 余响榕 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 肖谦崇 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 孙光银 in the 62nd minute of play. 肖谦崇 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 余响榕 in the 64th minute of the match. When 朱夕鹰 came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the 台湾省嘉义剑齿虎联队 fans jumped to their feet.
