An unexpectedly hard shot by 叶震挺 in the 14th minute of play forced 湖北荆门勇者队's goalkeeper 曹震鸿 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, 橦橦with桐桐's goalkeeper 苏康默 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 孟瑜崇. The supporters of 橦橦with桐桐 booed when 湖北荆门勇者队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. 孟瑜崇 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, 湖北荆门勇者队's goal looked a bit too open when 魏凌星 came free, but 曹震鸿 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When 刘伟真 came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the 橦橦with桐桐 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 刘伟真 couldn't finish the play. 赵帆斐 kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when 蒋乐帆 got free with 苏康默 in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 98 minutes of play 橦橦with桐桐's 洪正迅 was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 99 played minutes 橦橦with桐桐 got a freekick which was hit by 洪正迅. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. 湖北荆门勇者队 had won after a very even match.
